What we sell

Happy Beanie offers peptide-infused daily supplement chews for dogs and cats, compounded in Scottsdale, Arizona and third-party tested lot by lot. Our products are supplements, not drugs: they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. See our full Product Disclaimer.

Eligibility & responsible use

• You must be 18 or older to place an order.
• Follow the dosing guidance for your animal's weight, and keep products out of reach of children and other pets.
• Our eligibility screener is guidance, not veterinary care. If your animal is pregnant, on prescription medication, or managing a diagnosed condition, consult your veterinarian before starting.

Orders, pricing & availability

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors, decline or cancel orders (with a full refund) where we cannot safely or lawfully fulfill them. Promotional pricing such as the buy-3-get-1-free bundle may change for future orders; it never changes retroactively for an order you have already placed.

Intellectual property

The Happy Beanie name, paw mark, site design, and published content are our property. Quality data we publish (certificates of analysis, assay results) may be shared freely with attribution.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes

If we update these terms, the new version applies to orders placed after it goes live. We will not change the deal on an order you have already made.
