Refund policy
We publish our assay data lot by lot, including the lot we destroyed — so we are not going to get precious about refunds. If Happy Beanie is not working out, we make it right.
The 90-day money-back guarantee
Your first order of any formula is covered for 90 days from delivery. If your dog refuses the chews, your cat stages a protest, or you simply do not see the change you hoped for — email us and we will refund the full purchase price. No return shipment required for the guarantee; the chews are yours (or your neighbor's lucky lab's).
Conditions of the guarantee
Two conditions apply to a guarantee claim on a first order:
- A minimum 90 days of daily use. Peptide signalling is cumulative, so we ask that your pet has been given Happy Beanie once daily for at least 90 consecutive days before you claim a refund on the basis of results.
- Written notice from a veterinarian stating that your pet should be taken off Happy Beanie for health reasons. A photo, scan, or emailed letter on clinic letterhead is fine.
These conditions do not apply to damaged, defective, or misdelivered orders, which we replace or refund in full at any time.
How to claim it
Email hello@happybeanie.com from the address on your order, include your order number, and one sentence on what did not work (it genuinely helps our formulation team). Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
What is covered
- First orders — full 90-day guarantee, all three plans, both formulas.
- Subscription renewals — refundable if you contact us within 14 days of a renewal charge and the box is unopened; and remember you can skip or cancel a renewal anytime before it bills.
- Damaged, defective, or misdelivered orders — always replaced or refunded in full, at any time, no questions.
What is not covered
Second and subsequent one-time purchases outside the guarantee window, and orders more than 90 days past delivery. If you feel your situation is an exception, write to us anyway — a human reads every message.
