Shipping policy

Every box of chews is compounded to order in Scottsdale, Arizona, then shipped fresh. Here is exactly what to expect between checkout and your doorstep.

Processing time

Because we compound to order, your batch is blended after you buy. Orders placed before 12pm MST typically leave our facility the next business morning; allow up to 2 business days during high-volume periods. You will receive the lot number for your batch by email when it ships.

Rates & speeds

• Standard shipping (2–5 business days): free on orders of $60 or more; $8 flat below that.
• Subscription refills: always ship free, timed to arrive before your current box runs out.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We are not yet able to ship internationally — join the list on our homepage and we will email you when that changes.

Heat & freshness

Peptides are sensitive to prolonged extreme heat. During summer months, orders to hot-climate regions ship early in the week with thermal liners so packages never sit in a hot depot over a weekend.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed the moment your order leaves the facility. If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email hello@happybeanie.com with your order number and we will reship or refund — your choice.

Wrong address?

Reply to your confirmation email as soon as possible. We can redirect any order that has not yet left the facility.
